My first love face cream
This rich cream provides the skin with valuable lipids and plenty of moisture. At the same time, it protects the skin with a delicate protective layer and has a gentle mattifying effect. Also perfect for mature skin!

Emulwax Rice, glyceryl stearate, and cetearyl alcohol form a lush and enveloping cream texture.
Kalpariane has an antioxidant effect and stimulates the skin's collagen production.
Instabond Velvet and Agasilk provide a matte finish and support a velvety skin feel.
This base formulation was created together with our dear customer Petra, who requested a rich face cream featuring our new Emulwax Rice in our "Wishlist" format. Together with her, we developed this gem, which she immediately took a liking to.
This is Petra's feedback:
"I wanted a rich day care for my mature skin – I am 66 years old. I love the scent of rose hydrosol and I like Liposens as an oil. With Oilblend Superfruit and Kalpariane, I succeeded in making a wonderful care cream that I fell in love with immediately: 'My first Love'. Not only have I been using it for some time now, but my daughter-in-law – 30 years old – has also taken a liking to it. Note: definitely worth making"

Instructions
Weigh A1 and stir until the citric acid is dissolved
Weigh A2 and stir
Add A2 to A1 and stir in immediately to avoid lumps
Heat A to approx. 60 degrees
Weigh B and heat to 65 - 70 degrees
Add B to A, stir in, and homogenize for 30 seconds
Cool to 40 degrees while stirring occasionally
Add C individually, one after the other (!), and stir in
Homogenize for another 30 seconds
Adjust the pH to 5.2 - 5.5
TIP:
Emulwax Rice is our first emulsifier that consists of only one substance. Usually, several substances are mixed—into an emulsifier blend—to achieve optimal results. However, there are also special molecules that bring everything required to function on their own. Nevertheless, we can give this emulsifier a boost with co-emulsifiers and consistency enhancers if we choose to. Here, glyceryl stearate and cetearyl alcohol provide high consistency and a more enveloping skin feel.
