Terms of Delivery and Payment

DELIVERY AND PAYMENT TERMS

THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS APPLY TO WEB SHOP ORDERS

Minimum order value

We deliver with a minimum order value of € 20.

Shipping costs

We charge the following flat shipping rates for postage, secure packaging, and delivery with DPD and their contractual partners abroad:

Shipping to Austria

Flat shipping rate of € 5.90

Shipping to Germany

Flat shipping rate of € 7.90

Shipping to other EU countries

Flat shipping rate of € 17.90

Shipping to Switzerland

Flat shipping rate of € 29.90 (net)

IMPORTANT NOTE: Orders from Switzerland are processed net (excl. VAT); the invoice is not taxable in Austria. All duties, customs fees, etc., are to be paid by the recipient.

Local pickup

Local pickup is NOT possible.

CO2-neutral delivery

We are very pleased that DPD delivers your parcel in a CO2-neutral manner. In doing so, DPD makes an important contribution to minimizing the ecological footprint. Further information on this initiative can be found here.

Delivery times

We ship items in stock within 48 hours, or for advance payment, no later than 48 hours after receipt of payment. Should an item not be in stock, we will inform you of the delivery time and deliver as soon as possible.

Delivery time within Austria via DPD:
1 – 2 working days; during periods of high shipping volume, 3 – 4 working days

Delivery time to Germany via DPD:
2 – 3 working days; during periods of high shipping volume, 4 – 6 working days

Delivery time to Switzerland via GLS:
3 – 4 working days; during periods of high shipping volume, 5 – 8 working days

Vouchers are sent via email, for which there are naturally no shipping costs.
