Instructions
Weigh and stir A1
Weigh and stir A2 until the citric acid has dissolved
Add A2 to A1 and stir in immediately to avoid lumps
Heat A to approx. 60 degrees
Weigh and heat B to approx. 70 degrees
Add B to A, stir in, and homogenize for 30 seconds
Cool to 40 degrees while stirring occasionally
Add C one after the other and stir in thoroughly
Homogenize for another 30 seconds
Adjust the pH to approx. 5.2
