Instructions:
Weigh out A1 and dissolve the citric acid in it.
Weigh out A2 and disperse the gelling agent in it.
Add A1 to A2 while stirring, avoiding clumping.
Add A3 and stir in.
Heat mixture A to approximately 70 degrees and maintain this temperature for at least 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Weigh out B.
Add B to A, stir in, and homogenize with a mixer.
Allow the mixture to cool to below 45 degrees while stirring occasionally.
Add C, stir in, and briefly homogenize again.
Adjust the pH to approximately 5.2.
