From oil to milk in a second! 

Emulblend Lipid is an innovative solution for the easy production of natural hydrophilic oils. This versatile, vegan, and 100% natural emulsifier offers a simple way to transform oils into high-performance, water-soluble formulations. Producing stable, natural hydrophilic oils has previously been a challenge, especially for natural cosmetics – but with Emulblend Lipid, it becomes child's play.

Simply added to the oil phase, the emulsifier transforms into a powerful hydrophilic oil that is perfect for various skincare products. Emulblend Lipid is mild on the skin, gently replenishing, and is particularly suitable for nourishing and lipid-replenishing products. Adding water instantly creates a nourishing milk with gentle cleansing properties. When added to bath water, the emulsifier ensures that small oil droplets are finely dispersed, creating a milky cloudiness – known as "blooming".

It is compatible with all oils and is characterized by its excellent versatility as well as exceptional foaming performance (for an oil product), especially in bath oils. In addition, it effectively and gently removes makeup, making it ideal for mild, natural cosmetic formulas.

Emulblend Lipid should be used at a minimum of 25% if the oil product is intended to dissolve well in water. For more lipid-replenishing products or as a care product, lower amounts can also be used (e.g., for an oil-to-body-milk formulation). Higher usage concentrations of up to 40% result in significantly more soluble products with more pronounced cleansing properties.

Processing instructions:

Emulblend Lipid contains various natural components that may separate, crystallize out, or sediment over time at lower temperatures. This is a natural physical effect and not a quality defect!

Before processing, we recommend warming the product slightly and mixing well until all components are completely dissolved to ensure that the product is fully homogeneous before use.

At warmer storage temperatures, the product usually remains homogeneous.
