Ecobond Tara is an innovative, biodegradable gelling agent based on tara gum—a plant-based thickener—combined with modern polymer technology. As a result, it combines the advantages of synthetic gelling agents with the naturalness and environmental compatibility of plant-based alternatives. It has a natural origin content of 71% (ISO 16128) and is considered readily biodegradable (over 60% in 28 days).

  Reliably stabilizes oils and particles and provides high-viscosity gels with a creamy to gel-like texture. Perfect when high consistency is desired.

  Works reliably across a wide temperature and pH range (pH 3–8), even in the presence of electrolytes, inorganic and organic UV filters. Ideal for sun care formulations, which are often subject to particular thermal and chemical stress.

  Highly effective even at low dosages from 0.3%, allowing for economical formulations.

• Pleasant skin feel:
